Great to see you here... I'm Calida, Porfirio Loft's owner. ^.^

I'm a SAHM, & most of my time are dedicated to my 3 little demanding children fr 9 months ~ 7 years old (of course to my lovely husband too). Even I'm running this online store as "part time", it doesn't mean I'm not serious on it. I did spent quite some time to search for the unique design, comfortable & yet stylish appearances to fit into your kids' wardrobe & daily usage as well. It may not many now, but eventually it will increased.

Here are some FAQ that you might need to know when you do your shopping here...


1. Placing an order
What you need to do is ~ just browse through our web pages, if you find anything that may interesting you & wish to buy for you cute lil' one, please send us an email to: porfirioloft@gmail.com with the code no, size, color & quantity, we will contact you as soon as we can.

2. Payment
All products quoted here are in RM (Ringgit Malaysia). Currently we only accept payment to Maybank & Public Bank. Account details will send to you together with the confirmation letter from us. Please drop us an e-mail or sms us @ 016 223 1693 once the payment made. Please stated your name, total payment made & beneficial bank in order for us to expedite delivery asap.



3. Shipping
We ship via Poslaju, appointed courier service or Express Mail with rates for each of the purchase from our website. All orders are sent from our home sweet home in KL and in order to avoid disappointment, please expect approximately 1 ~ 4 business days for delivery within Malaysia. All order will only confirm & conclude upon payment clear.

The default shipping charges now is RM7 (WM); RM9 (Sarawak) & RM11 (Sabah)- by Poslaju or appointed courier server. If you prefer others shipping method, kindly let me know & the shipping rate will charge accordingly.



4. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
All sales are final. Since we are just a small home based business, we regret that returns & refunds cannot be accommodated. Goods are changeable if item has not been shipped out & also depends of stock availability. Goods sold are checked carefully & in Good Condition. We will not be held responsible for any losses or damages incurred during shipping.



5. Reserve
Items are sold in first come first serve basis. If you wish to make a reservation on certain item, please inform me. Item can be reserved for 2 days only. If confirmation not made by the buyer within 2 days, the item will be released to the next interested buyer.



6. Colour
Please accept that the colour of the image may be varied from the actual product. It may depends on each PC display setting, photo resolution etc. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.



7. Privacy Policy

What are the ingredients?
Water, glycerin, aloe vera gel, hydrated silica, calcium carbonate, xylitol, xanthan gum, potassium sorbate, and sodium levulinate.


What if my child is OVER 16 months?
Tooth Tissues can be used exclusively to clean a baby's mouth/teeth until their back molars arrive, which is on average 16 months. So, if you count your baby's teeth... and there are only the front 6 on the top and bottom, the Tooth Tissues will still serve you well by themselves.

When the primary molars are in, a toothbrush should be the primary form of oral hygiene especially at night. However, with that said, in both our offices, we hand out samples for babies, children and adults alike because there are many times you will not have a toothbrush handy and the xylitol in the wipes and the physical removal of plaque will help prevent tooth decay.
